Christopher McCoy -  Birdies for Bigs Golf Event Founder

Christopher was inspired to support the Bigelow family while finishing up a round of golf with Dan on the 18th green in the summer of 2022.  Since then, Bigs Kids has raised over $90K for mothers and children in need through Birdies for Bigs Golf Event.

Ryan (Bigs) loved golf and having fun with his family and friends.  He was fun-loving and charismatic.  He loved golf and there was never a dull moment playing golf with Bigs.    

 Bigs was diagnosed with cancer in the fall of 2021 and passed in March 2022 after developing complications from his treatment.  He left behind his beloved wife, Amanda and his 8 beautiful children: Emma, Caleb, Drew, Luke, Sam, Ruthie, Violet, and Emilia.   

Our goal is to be a source of hope and comfort for families in financial crisis due to the unexpected loss of a father/loved one.

We support Bigs Kids and families affected by the loss of a loved one through the sport that Bigs loved.  

Help us support families affected by cancer through this fun golf event.
